When we visited Iran, we decided to go to Tehran, the capital of Iran. We had to travel to the north of Iran. It took some time, but it was worth it. Tehran was established around 200 years ago and is the 27th largest city in the world. It is located at the foot of Elburz Mountain range. Tehran is also spelled Teheran.

When we were in Tehran, we realized that it is one of the coldest regions in Iran. It is a very beautiful and vibrant city. Tehran has a very rich culture, and we could find everything in the city. Iran’s administrative, economic, and cultural center as well as the major industrial and transport center of the region. We were visiting the schools and teachers said English was not a native or second language in Iran, but they learn English in school. The teachers also told us how to say goodbye in Persian "Khodâ Hâfez"
